High school students who wish to play a sport must complete the Athletic Clearance process each year before they can participate (this includes tryouts, practices, weightlifting, and summer training programs). 

Clearance can be attained by either creating an account or updating existing account at www.athleticclearance.com  All required information is collected online, information is saved annually to make the process even faster for returning athletes. 

Once online account is created, you will need to upload the physical form, be sure to click “save & continue” after uploading the physical to submit the clearance. 

You will receive a confirmation message stating clearance has been successfully submitted and ready for review by the Athletic Department.  THE STUDENT IS NOT CLEARED YET! 

Once reviewed and accepted you will receive an email stating student is clear to participate in sports. You need to print this email and submit to coach prior to Summer Camp, Try-outs or practices.
